/ Career & Professional Development

A structured track built around your actual obstacle.

Whether you've lost a job, stalled mid-career, or are navigating a first-generation transition, the first session identifies what's specifically in the way — then we work from there.

Close two-person conversation at a real desk, one person pointing to a handwritten list of action items on a legal pad, the other person leaning in attentively, natural daylight from a window to the left, planning tools and a laptop partially visible, warm and inhabited workspace feel

— What actually happens

Three sessions, three concrete outputs.

Session 1 — Structured intake

A structured intake process maps the specific obstacle — not your personality type, not a general goal. You leave with a written summary of what's blocking forward movement.

Session 2 — Mentor match

You're paired with a mentor who has navigated a comparable transition — same industry pressure, similar life stage. They know what worked and what didn't.

Session 3 — Defined next action

Every session closes with one specific, written next action. Not a direction — a step with a date and a method you've already agreed is realistic.

Two people seated across a small table in a quiet room, one person holding a printed one-page document while the other takes notes in a notebook, warm natural light from a side window, a whiteboard with written notes partially visible in the background, candid and focused, no posed smiling

• Who you'll work with

Matched on situation, not credentials alone.

Mentors in this track are selected because they've worked through the same kind of transition you're facing — a layoff at 45, a field change with no direct experience, a first corporate role after years in a trade.

We match on context, not category. Before your first mentor session you'll see their background and the situations they've handled — no surprises.

The first conversation costs nothing and covers a lot.

Bring the situation as it actually is. We'll work out whether this track fits and what the first specific step looks like for you.
